Silky smooth Hong Kong-style mango pudding, a classic Cantonese dessert made with fresh mango puree and evaporated milk.

Cooking Steps

Blend ripe mango flesh until smooth. Set aside.

Dissolve gelatin in warm water. Mix with mango puree, coconut milk, and sugar.

Pour into individual moulds or a large dish. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.

Unmould and serve chilled. Top with fresh mango cubes and evaporated milk.
