Cooking Steps

Marinate pork chops with soy sauce, salt and pepper for 15 minutes. Pan-fry until golden on both sides.

Sauté diced onion and tomato in the same pan. Add ketchup and Worcestershire sauce, simmer for 5 minutes to make the sauce.

Spread cooked rice in an oven-safe dish. Place pork chop on top, pour sauce over everything.

Cover with shredded mozzarella cheese. Bake at 200°C (390°F) for 15 minutes until cheese is golden and bubbling.
