Marinate pork shoulder with char siu sauce, soy sauce, honey, and red food colouring for at least 4 hours.

Preheat oven to 200°C. Place pork on a rack over a foil-lined tray.

Roast for 25 minutes, basting with honey every 10 minutes. Broil for 5 minutes to caramelise.

Rest 5 minutes, slice and serve over steamed rice with the drippings.
