Soak dried soybeans overnight in cold water. Drain and rinse.

Blend soybeans with fresh water (1:8 ratio) until smooth.

Strain through a fine cloth, squeezing out all the liquid.

Bring soy milk to a boil, stirring constantly. Simmer 5 minutes. Sweeten to taste.
