Cooking Steps

Beat 3 eggs with a pinch of salt. Dice 2 tomatoes.

Heat oil in a wok over high heat. Add eggs and scramble until just set. Remove.

In the same wok, stir-fry tomatoes with sugar and ketchup until soft and saucy.

Return eggs to the wok, toss together. Season with salt. Serve over steamed rice.
