Cooking Steps

Slice beef thinly. Marinate with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch for 15 minutes.

Use day-old cooked rice. Beat 2 eggs and scramble in a hot wok. Remove.

Stir-fry beef in high heat until just cooked. Remove. Stir-fry rice until each grain is separate.

Return eggs and beef. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and spring onion. Toss well.
