Tender braised pork belly with silken tofu in rich soy sauce

Pork (minced)200g

Soy Sauce3 tbsp

Cooking Steps

Cut pork belly into 3cm pieces. Blanch in boiling water 5 minutes, drain.

Brown pork belly in oil. Add garlic, ginger, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and rock sugar.

Add water to cover. Braise on low heat for 1 hour until pork is tender.

Add firm tofu cubes and simmer 10 more minutes. Garnish with spring onion.
