Cooking Steps

Beat 4 eggs with salt and a pinch of sugar. Dice 2 ripe tomatoes.

Heat oil in wok over high heat. Add eggs and scramble until 70% set. Remove.

In the same wok, stir-fry tomatoes with a pinch of sugar until they release juice.

Return eggs to wok, toss together. Season with salt and a drizzle of sesame oil.
