Cooking Steps

Brew strong black tea (Ceylon or Assam) for 5 minutes. Use 2 tea bags per cup.

Strain the tea and let cool slightly. Add evaporated milk to taste (about 1/4 cup per serving).

Fill a glass with ice cubes.

Pour the milk tea over the ice. Stir and serve immediately.
