Cooking Steps

Prepare batter: mix flour, sugar, baking powder, eggs, milk, and oil until smooth.

Heat egg waffle iron over medium heat. Brush with oil.

Pour batter into the mould, close and cook for 3-4 minutes, flipping halfway.

Remove when golden and crispy. Fold in half and serve immediately.
