Cooking Steps

Grate white radish. Sauté with dried shrimp, Chinese sausage, and mushrooms.

Mix rice flour with water to make a batter. Combine with radish mixture and season with salt and white pepper.

Pour into a greased pan and steam for 45-50 minutes until set. Let cool completely.

Slice and pan-fry in oil until golden and crispy on both sides. Serve with soy sauce.
