Coconut Milk200ml🍬

Combine coconut milk, milk, and sugar in a saucepan. Heat until sugar dissolves.

Bloom gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes. Add to warm coconut mixture and stir until dissolved.

Pour into moulds or a shallow dish. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.

Unmould and serve chilled. Optionally garnish with fresh mango or berries.
