Cooking Steps

Blend silken tofu with a little water until completely smooth.

Heat the tofu mixture gently, stirring constantly. Do not boil.

Prepare ginger syrup: simmer water with rock sugar and sliced ginger for 10 minutes.

Serve tofu pudding in bowls. Pour warm or cold ginger syrup over the top.
